In my career prior to private practice I have worked for several major property and casualty insurance companies. I know what insurance adjusters look for in settling personal injury claims.
BAD FAITH
Much of the time insurance adjusters follow proper procedures to settle personal injury claims. However, sometimes they act aggressively or negligently in their actions, and that can adversely affect your claim, or even your quality of life. If they step over the line I'll know it, and we'll work to bring them to the table with additional compensation for those wrongful actions.
